Vendor Policy

We appreciate your interest in becoming a preferred vendor for Vjosa Properties. To ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship, please familiarize yourself with the following policy:

1. Vendor Registration:

  • Complete the vendor registration form, providing all requested information accurately.
  • Submit proof of insurance, including general liability and workers' compensation coverage.
  • Provide any required licenses or certifications.

2. Service Standards:

  • Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide high-quality services that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Respond promptly to work orders and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants.

3. Payment Terms:

  • Invoices must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
  • Payment will be issued net 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice.

4. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes between the vendor and Vjosa Properties should be resolved through mutual agreement or mediation.

5. Confidentiality:

  • Vendors must maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained from Vjosa Properties.

6. Insurance:

  • Vendors must maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against liability and property damage.

7. Safety:

  • Vendors must comply with all safety regulations and standards.

8. Compliance:

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environmental, and safety standards.
