# Vendor Requirements

To become a vendor for Vjosa Properties, please provide the following information:

### Company Information

- Company Name
- Contact Person
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Website (if applicable)

### Business Information

- Business License or Registration Number
- Years in Business
- Service Areas (List of Zip Codes)
- Insurance Coverage (General Liability, Workers Compensation)
- Proof of Licensing (if required)

### Financial Information

- Tax ID Number (EIN)
- Payment Terms

### References

- List of previous clients or property management companies worked with.

### Additional Requirements

- Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adherence to Vjosa Properties' Vendor Policy.
- Ability to provide timely and efficient services.
- Excellent customer service.
